My review posts later this week, though it isn't nearly as comprehensive as yours :) I too found the juxtaposition of Esi with Oko and then with Ali interesting. It showed that love isn't always enough... but that it is necessary. I don't think Esi could have ever been happy with Oko even after knowing that things weren't perfect with Ali either.
